Homebrew Official WUP Installer - Title installer + Firmware spoofing [3.x - 5.4.0]

I have spent 4 hours trying to get WUPInstaller to show up on Homebrew launcher. I've tried different SD cards, format, clean install of HBL, I've renamed Wupinstaller.elf and it's enclosing folder. I've been a GBATEMP member for a long time, and usually I just try till I get it. I have been defeated this time...
I guess maybe it doesn't work on 5.5.1 am I missing something? Anyone got any suggestions. I've wasted my Friday night.

I had a similar issue, it turned out to be that I was adding it under the /app (for vwii) and not under /wiiu/app... lol, but I bet that is not your case either.

Does anybody still have a live link to the update remover? I seem to not be able to install any updates at all, from wuds or from official Nintendo servers.

Is there a chance we can get a Usb to Usb version of WUP installer or is that technically impossible? I'm not complaining about the guys work, i appreciate that, i'm just trying to make my miserably life even easier.

Use 'WupInstaller Y Mod' app:

It allows subfolders and, you can even "select all".

What does that error mean, tried to install title that is not a version title? I have a copy of paper mario color splash, so i downloaded the files to install via usb, but i get this error..

Hello. I have a question... I'm using iosuhax on sysnand... Now should I simply install everything on the SD card all at once in a single queue, or should I first install the titles, then reboot the console or go back to the home menu, relaunch, and install all updates and DLC separately???

Whatever way you prefer, there's no mandatory order (except "move saves and everything to your favorite storage first, if you want to keep them and they're currently somewhere else")

Different forks of wupinstaller are configured to allow the installation of certain different lists of titleids!

There's no way to read or write a fat32 usb drive so nope, someone would have to port/invent drivers (this is not a wupinstaller specific limitation)

With all the advancements recently is it possible to un-spoof (or re-spoof) back to your actual FW number?

I have one console on 5.3.2 with 5.5.1 spoof.

I know I could just update: I have my other Wii U already on 5.5.1, so no need.

Just trying to figure out what is possible now, as opposed to what we thought we knew when this originally came out.

If not: why not and what's stopping us? I mean things like region hax works on sysnand...

Hello! I created an account to post this. So, I used WUP installer to install Mario Maker and it was fine, but i've been getting lots of trouble with installing Xenoblade Chronicles X. First, I got an error that was something along the lines of MCP_ErrorGetInfo FFFF82e something like that. Now, i'm not getting that, but the install keeps resseting back to 1% after it hits 123 percent. Has any of this happened to anyone else?

EDIT: Nevermind, I assume it was an issue with the download. I redownloaded and it's installed now.
