Right, it might be worth trying a different rom for the games that don't work and report back on your results.
you're not trying to use psn versions of the games are you? those will never work with this and either only load up the bios menu or crash....as for bios the ONLY files you need are 7001 for usa games and 7502 for eur games

You can set User 1 analog to digital type from Input user 1 binds in RetroArch for vita and set left or right stick to work as Dpad. Cybersled and Ridge racer 4 seem to work fine in limited testing few rounds and 1 race.

No, I'm fairly positive these were made with PSX2PSP a while back. VP, Guardian's Crusade, MML, and others aren't(or weren't) available for purchase on PSN. Thanks for the bios tip, though. Is there any particular one for JP games I should use?
And Galick, I'll play around a bit with titles and check back.
PBP files work fine with the PSX emulator and are even recommended thanks to saving a ton of space. All of my 5 current games are in that format they've given me no issue over the past few days.
That said, since the latest nightly it's unable to read or write any savefiles and states. Guess I'll just go back to the previous one unless someone has a solution?
Question - I've got some older PS1 games from the store (bought them ages ago), but my Vita refuses to install them, can I play them trough the PCSX emulator, or do I have to convert them somehow?

Totally playable until the boss in the opening stage. Before the fight starts the camera scrolls to the left, killing Mega Man instantly.

Is there a way to enable analog sticks in game? Im assuming that Im missing a big setting somewhere
I might get shit on for this but is there a way to run it in 16:9? I just prefer it to take up the whole screen.
