My reasoning and thinking on the formats is to ensure the system actually knows what titles are currently installed on the NAND so it doesn't skip or replace the wrong files during the downgrade.
Hi there! Will this work on 11.0.0-33E? I'm a noob on cfw as well if that matters. Also, can this be installed using basehaxx? And lastly, FBI won't run, I know this isn't the FBI thread but, will this solve that problem? If you need what problem, FBI fails to get kernel access. Thanks .

Hey guys can anyone help me please? I'm trying to install Pasta CFW 1.3 Beta 4 in my 3ds using Sky3ds+. I copy the files in my 3ds SD Card. I open up the PastaCFW Configurator. After I select my Drive and my Model (Old 3DS) and hit the download button, this error pops up that an unhandles exception Occur. This is the error its showing. Could anyone help me please? BTW I'm currently on 9.2.0-20U firmware in my Old 3DS.
Please help anyone? Also I don't know if this will help but I'm on Windows 10 64bit

I found out that in order to install NTR CFW, we need to install pasta CFW right?
nope, pasta is very outdated and not really useful for anything under normal circumstances, get luma and bootntr

Oh well guys could you please help me? I searched for Luma and i think it says something to install a *hax? I'm kind of new to the scene (Just got my Sky3ds+ card today). I want to be able to boot out of region games and be also able to use cheat codes in games (and hack some too since i used to hack alot of codes for PS2 and PS3).
what firmware are you on? if your on 11.x you would need access to a second already hacked 3DS or to get a hardmod, i suggest you start reading up here

Thanks for the link, but I'm on firmware 9.2.0-20U. I didn't updated because i wanted o buy gateway 3DS for a long time but i couldn't get my hands on it. I just got this and found out that in order to run cheats and CFW the max firmware should be 9.20. (Thanks god i didn't updated) So if I install NTR CFW over Luma3DS, will i get a error or something or any problems?

nope NTR cfw runs like a cfw addon, it basically adds extra functions to any other cfw

For Out Of Region Cia´s do you only need Luma. For Cheating or Something you can use Ntr.
