Mine also dissapeared when i install rxTools yesterday!
But i don't think that it will harm your system (or mine) just because it's gone.
I'm not going to use it, and i never will use, since it's "useless" :/

im now having the same issue, my h&s disappeared completely too once I installed rxtools to update my system from 6.1 to 9.2. how do I restore this backup to get h&s back onto my device?? ive downloaded your zip which is the same as my backup now I need clear instructions on how to restore it. please help !!

Three key things here.

First and foremost, it is EXTREMELY bad form to resurrect a thread that has been dead for 9 months with a new (and likely unrelated) issue. In the future, if there is no thread addressing your issue with a post in the last 3-6 weeks, it is more than likely safe to make a new thread.

Second, you REALLY should swap from rxtools to a more recent (and still active) CFW such as Luma3DS. If your concern with swapping is a desire to not install or mess with A9LH then you needn't worry as you can launch Luma3DS from the same entry points as rxtools now that you are on 9.2

Finally to address your actual issue, the reason you lost the H&S app (or whatever you had injected into it) is most likely because of the update from 6.1 to 9.2. As for how to get it back, that kinda depends on your setup and what you are doing. I strongly suggest you open a NEW thread with the details of your installation/setup and what you were attempting to do when you noticed the H&S app was missing. Also be prepared for a lot of flak for using rxtools still.
