i'm Newbie in 3DS
I have new 3ds CFW Sys11.0.0.33U
I already downloaded theme from https://3dsthem.es/
I don't know how to install
I try the homebrew but have problem to run etc. Ninjahax i try scan qrcode my 3ds has error and auto shutdown , freakyhax i try copy DCIM but in game haven't QRcode in game
I have FBI i can convert Theme to cia.? If can do how to convert thank you

You have 2 options, either this:

Or download CHMM2 as a CIA and use that to manage themes.

Just as a heads up, if you use the first option, the theme CIAs will be wiped whenever you access online services.

It sounds like you don't have any homebrew files on your SD card

Go ahead and get the starter.zip file from Smea's site
http://smealum.github.io/3ds/

Extract it and put it on the root of your SD card then try to use Ninjhax again
