Are you sure your payload in "anim" folder called "arm9payload.bin" and not "arm9loaderhax.bin"?
Yes sir, already updated ARM9Hax with the reddit post payloads, now the screen backlight turns ON when i press Power but it turns off until the home menu boots.

Edit: BTW, I tried to boot without SD to test the mini CFW, and it just stays in black screen.

Hrmm. Not sure what is going on here then. What is your arm9loaderhax.bin named? Are you positive you didn't flash a different build somehow? No one else has reported any troubles with this so far.

Very sure, i downloaded everything again double checking and i got the same results.

the arm9.bin in the SD root is arm9loaderhax_si.bin and the one in "anim" folder is arm9payload.bin.

Yup, it stays black until home menu boots, otherwise it just flash quickly and turns off until HM

It sounds like the a9lh itself is working okay. Though I'm not sure why you can't boot without the SD now.

And you have the bootanim9 binary in place now as arm9loaderhax_si.bin, and didn't end up with the luma bin there instead somehow?

Negative, the Boot9 binary is arm9loaderhax_si.bin

maybe i'm missing some files? why i need Firmware.bin to boot a 11.0 sysnand? i started the guide with 9.2 Sysnand and 11 Emunand.. and without firmware.bin Luma says that it can't boot a low firmware...

I'm really not quite sure what you have going on here. The A9LH side of things all works as expected. Maybe try the luma and bootanim9 threads specifically with those questions where someone more familiar with those specific things can help you out.
