But really though, they probably haven't given up on the 3ds and wii u yet, there is still time before their next console. The Wii U is probably being held up due to possible ios u and 3ds is probably just taking a while for them to come up with a new way to protect their console magically?

Even though we have the DSiWare downgrading method for 11.0 (requiring another CFW'd 3DS), Nintendo will probably not start stamping out homebrew and exploits (such as the said DSiWare D.G.ing) until someone has achieved direct downgrading via homebrew (Sysupdater) once again. Only then will N most likely strike again, I suppose.

they will never be able to stop the people who have downgraded though only prevent people who did not know about 3ds hacking and updated their system but homebrew will always work with an exploit game they can't stop that as well so why not give up

They're trying to find a way to stop A9LH :rofl2:

None shall defeat the infamous a9lh! Unless they decide to patch it by accessing nintendo services which is not likely

Nintendo never gives up tho since they are very strict on piracy, the only time they will give up is when they stop updates for 3ds

And they are very skilled against us however since they managed to disable all known access to arm9 and arm11 exploits if we had no hardmods or a 2nd 3ds

which is impossble
Not if they program the HOME Menu to detect and delete arm9loaderhax.bin, which would make A9LH a pain in the arse to use until a hack is released to prevent it.

This kind of replies always bother me.

I don't see how it is a laughting matter. Of course they're trying to, it's their hardware and their bussiness, they MUST, and its perfectly respectable, them being able to or not.

you can get a 3ds under 11.0 easy the only people who have 11.0 are people new to 3ds hacking or are not interested in homebrew

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

the worst thing they can do is take field runners off the eshop

the only way they can stop this is to release a new handheld then people have to find out how to hack it again

Never gonna happen since there is no more ways to improve the n3ds unless they decide to make a whole new ds console which will be pointless since 3ds is the final form of ds (should be)

Nothing against their attempts, just it's a very difficult task, and I think they're not even trying to patch A9LH (that's why the rofl is there: that one is an implausible reason to explain the update delay).
HOME Menu deleting arm9.bin wouldn't be enough: you could just disable it, as you do with FIRM protection and other stuff.
