Homebrew deleting emunand partiton after setting up arm9loaderhax

I finally made the transition from menuhax+ emunand luma to arm9loaderhax, in which I injected my backed up emunand to my sysnand. I was just wondering how I could go about deleting the emunand partiton from my sd card, and if it was possible to do so without having to format my sd card. I want to avoid having to backup all my games and apps. do I just run emunand9 and delete the partition?

Ideally with how a9lh is setup, it is easier to just copy all your files and reformat the sd (sdformat or formatgui)
you can also achieve similar results (in theory, I have not tested this myself) by using the minitool partition manager

The safest option is to just back everything up and format it. Using a partition manager to just overwrite it will likely result in a loss of data (personal experience, I got set back about 2 months once).

Use EmuNAND9 for reformatting the system, like it says in The Guide.
