Well the first i had to do this was a SNES Cia, so maybe is just the games that work for new 3ds only?
All new games, that are cryptofixed, needs the seed to be decrypted. The seed can be downloaded by visiting the eShop page, or can be downloaded with FBI. That's how it works. It only extracts from NAND the save from the last GBA game you played.

I do have a question, is it possible to make a cartridge install option, i know there is a Cart dump to cia and 3DS, but it would require enough space on the sd card to dump then the same amount (2X the size of the cia to install) Where it could save room by directly installing from cart without needing 2X space for it? (how you supposed to install those over 1.5 GB on 4GB SD?

Oh, since you have released so many updates for this program, maybe a decrypt9 updater would be useful
Or better yet a complete a9lh payload downloader updater. Where it has many payloads to download or update the ones you have, and you can choose and assign them to the buttons right from the app. Compatible with Luma or other CFW, since i don't think all them use the same kind of file structure

You can get a decent 128GB micro SD for pretty cheap. (It was just $30 for my 128GB micro SD on Amazon)

Proper title installation requires system functionality which is not available on ARM9. Maybe @Steveice10 can enable something like installation from carts. I doubt it is possible, though.Decryp9 + A9lh = GAWD LIKE COMBO!

There are infos on how to use D9 on various entrypoints in the readme. For A9LH, you're most likely using some kind of chainloader (Luma, f.e.) and I can't provide instructions for that.

That seems, to my somewhat ignorant eyes, a feature better implemented in FBI than Decrypt9. Unless there's something getting in the way of cart dumping while a FIRM is loaded.
Hmm... Maybe it cans be implemented in FBI, but will only works on a <= 9.4 firmware (needs arm9 privileges to dump the cartridge).

Such access rights can always be granted by CFW on arm9loaderhax.
I thought we had no arm9 access on firmware > 9.4, even on cfw... Yep, the signature is disabled... But we haven't the control of the arm9... Right?

well FBI can dump the NAND from arm11 using some special permissions in the exheader that were found out. there could be one for raw gamecard access.
