Homebrew Making your Mii have gold pants?

So I've been trying to do this for a long time now. I've done two methods and neither of them work. Right now, I'm looking at this one; https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-give-your-mii-gold-pants-and-use-it-for-streetpass.379146/ . My problem is when I open the extdata_dump via OOTHax, it tells me that the copying failed and nothing happens. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I'm using Firmware 11.0.

I like tour signature lol
And a programm is needed to put gold pant on Mii (without the homebrew (idk the name))

I already can access the Homebrew. I need to know why it says "Copying failed!" when I open the extdata_dump and select "Restore extdata specified in config."

You can hold L and R while my manager starts and use the CIA version's menu to get into shared extdata. Just don't expect much else to work the way it would normally.
