Quick Update Edit : Cats are now 50. I repeat, Cats are now 50. Like how it was instructed, i just put in 999999 and set the level to 1, then do the kelbi horn for a quick quest.

But my cats seems to be capped at 20, its level haven't been going up for many many quest.
Have tried changing their level in the editor to 23 (just to test it out), but after 1 quest, it reverts back to 20.
And When i look at is statues in the palico board, the number 20 is in orange.

I'll try to see what flags are needed to unlock the level caps next time I get the quest for it.

So I got my OoT and about to start OoThacks but I notice on my SD card there is already a Nintendo 3DS Folder. In Lord Blade's guide he says that unzipping the contents will "put a file in the root and make a 3DS folder with other stuff."
Will it still do that even though I have a 3DS folder?

the '3DS' folder is different from the 'Nintendo 3DS' folder. the second holds the normal encrypted data for your SD card. The first will hold your .3dsx files used with Homebrew

Your save offset is at defined at 0x0010. So let say the HR Point Offset is at save offset 0x1476. You take the offset at 0x0010, then add it to 0x1476 and that will be your System offset.

I really hate to be that guy, but i'm having a tough time figuring out how to do any of this. I'm very new to save editing and i'm trying to find a more detailed guide on how to install everything onto my 3ds. I've got the new 3ds XL on ver. 11.0.0-33u. I've already got the homebrew starter kit downloaded with the necessary files extracted onto the root of the sd of the 3ds. Right now I'm stumped because I'm not sure if i should use jk's save manager or jk's MHGSV(TBH I dont know the difference between the two). Also i'm unsure if i'm supposed to extract the files to the root of the sd card or maybe somewhere else. I'm also unsure about which title on http://smealum.github.io/3ds/ i should look towards using for accessing homebrew on my 3ds. Everything after that, I'm even more clueless about. I really want to pull through with this.

Well for one you always readily have access to homebrew from the browser, so now you don't need a physical cartridge of OoT or any of the other exploits. They both don't really have any differences to be honest in terms of being an entrypoint to homebrew if I'm not wrong.
So Im trying to use JK Save manager to extract the file but when I pick mhx it freezes with a black screen. I try all my other games that I have saved on my SD card (Metal Gear Solid, Mh4u, PKMN) and I get to that menu no problem, can anyone help out as to why it wont let me access the mhx files.
