How do you don't know what you downloaded? I mean, you actually selected the game and press the button...
What i meant by saying that is when you dl that game some time ago and couldn't remember what region it was, thanks for the tip

It would be possible for you to add a scroll bar in the list of downloads as I put to download 14 games and appeared only 6 items.

I need to redo most of that game description page (but it'll look the same in freeShop 2.0 except for the DLC/Updates/Demos added). Going to make the whole things scrollable probably, like eShops. Though I won't have to scroll up to the top screen. Because there is a bunch of other info to show: publisher, genres, platform, ratings, etc.
You can update from eShop fine. Some people just don't like doing that because they're scared of logging into eShop with NNID (or they're blocked from eShop for some reason, like not having latest FW).
