Okay, fixed it by taking my Memory card out when booting. So, im CMA and can send and recieve files. What now?I don't know anyone specifically, and this is supposed to be a straightforward tool.

What about you?Then if you want eCFW hacks, you need someone with access to your PSN account to download a PSP game or demo, and hack it to contain an ARK or TN-V bubble.
Then he can back it up to QCMA, send you the backup, and you can restore it to your Vita.
