You should release source, there's not a whole lot of homebrew examples out there for Wii U so it's always good to have another.
I put the source to the CHIP-8/SCHIP-8 Emulator on my GitHub account, and this is basically the same thing, just with a GB Emulator core instead, albeit not a very good one.

Also, why was the attachment removed? It's an actual emulator for the Wii U! WTF?!?!?!

Here's a link to the emulator in case the attachment disappears again -

Um lol no not in my eyes
Emulation seems absurdly complex
The opcodes are available in json format. Script file easily converted them to what I needed, with some tweaks here and there. 8 hours is actual typing time, not counting research, and planning, plus I had the whole base to add the core to, from the CHIP-8/SCHIP-8 emulator, and that was mostly a copy/paste job. The whole thing took about 2 1/2 days.

What are you laughing about?

Here's the link to the source on GitHub if you can't find it -

My source code on the GameBoy emulator is HORRENDOUS, and sharing it WOULD NOT be helpful. This was half-assed done.

Once I find a good emulation core that is open source, I will use that next time, and release the source code.

IOSU isn't really needed for most homebrew. It'd be nice and would allow for some interesting development tools, but it's in no way a necessity.
That might be true but we would have to stick to SD cards forever even for RetroArch U, that's the only point people (including me) are sad about IOSU exploit not existing in public.

Okay and emuNAND but since all eShop games are dumpable where they were not on the Wii that's not a big thing for me. If Loadiine supports USB, all games (including eShop games) would work in an instant because there's no difference digitally.
Edit: I mean even if you dumped WiiWare games into WADs you still had to "install" them because WAD != WBFS.

However, great GB emulator! :)

Don't get me wrong, I want an IOSU exploit as much as the next guy, but I am aware that people implying that IOSU is a requirement for homebrew is really damaging towards a new developer looking to get into Wii U stuff, especially since it just isn't true.

I'm aware of this fact. :)
