Homebrew Is there a way to downgrade 11.0 on N3ds without Hardmod?

I tried SafeSysUpdater
I can check the packages but can't downgrade and the sys updater gives me an error in main.cpp
So is there a way to downgrade via Softmod?

Yes it is possible, but you need another 3ds that has either A9LH or CFW 11.0 and a certain DSiWare game bought and downloaded on that hacked 3ds. So if you have a friend with a hacked 3ds then you can (using the guide @Davidosky99 linked), if not then you are stuck with only the hardmod option

Thank gosh I have a blue O3ds with this game and a softmod installed <3 so after I did this steps can I downgrade via sysupdater?

Yes, after the dsiware native firm downgrsfe(what I linked you), you can carry on with the 9.2 downgrade section on plailect's guide

If you have shitty internet the lag will be really bad, but if your internet is good, the lag won't be nearly as bad. It won't be completely lag free but good internet definitely makes a difference.

the ntr plugin runs on the internet 3ds and the ntr program are connected via internet so if you have a fast internet you can stream faster than if you have a slower internet connection
