I made some updates to the textures.
I readjusted the border icon since made a small mistake when performing the HD resizing process for the size of 3DS.
The folder I redid some parts of the texture.

This package and salvation for those who are having difficulties in creating custom icons and themes using a single image.
It has many files that will allow you to create the theme the way you want.
The files are with the exact parameters so do not change the width or height and position of elements.
Work over them using Photoshop cutting mask function if you want to create an elaborate texture as in the image below.
These effects of streaking textures can be seized in this tutorial.
Other effects and settings deem a look here.

It was pretty cool. The shadow effects used in the textures folder were identical to those used by Nintendo in their official themes. It is an effect with inflated appearance. You did a great use of shadow effect in textures.Just added these two:

I'll post an update later this issue will put the sfx effects and music in stereo downloaded the new version of loopingaudioconverter 1.3rc4 and brctm is coming out with an excellent quality. The new plugins are excellent.
