ROM Hack How to transfer a game installed from a cia...a9lh...?

I have an o3ds and an n3ds. both are luma a9lh.
i have fire emblem fates special edition on my o3ds which i installed from a cia. i dont care about the saves.
but the problem is that i want a fire emblem fates on my n3ds,and i cant download the cia for it bcoz of mega bandwidth limit...and all. so,i just want the cia for it,and bcoz i have it on my o3ds,is there any way i can transfer the game or make a cia or something?

As far as i know, you can't, (someone correct me if i'm wrong) but you had it installed on your O3DS, didn't you keep the cia on your HDD?

I believe you can just do a system transfer like you would do with a nonhacked 3ds then swap SD cards. It should work, but I can't guarantee as I have never done that.

No that won't work, only legit bought games from the store will transffer with your nnid, not illegal installd cia ones

Both systems have A9LH installed... I'm not sure, like I said, but doesn't Luma protect the A9LH installation early during boot?

doesn't matter, a9lh has nothing to do with it.

Why don't you install freeshop and download it from there?
It takes as long as if you would buy and download from the real eshop.
(You would also need "encTitleKeys.bin" from that database site
(don't know if we can give the url but google on "3DS" "database" "title" and "key")

he's better of using freeshop or ciangel on his N3DS

or even betetr:

Download 3DSeSTUFF get your "encTitleKeys.bin" and "DecTitleKeys.bin" from that database site
(don't know if we can give the url but google on "3DS" "database" "title" and "key")

Search your game and download it as CIA to your PC and put the created cia on your SD and install

It is if you use latest enctitlekey.bin

Just click OK for now!

Enter name of the game you want, leave the rest as is for now (not going into detail for this)

1. Is not needed, it renames your downloaded file to that naming scheme
2. Choose your game and region
3. Cick this and wait

I don't think you can get the eShop title key from a cartridge but I may be wrong.
