You need a retail copy of the DSi-enhanced game "The Biggest Loser". You can not use an R4, or other DS Flash Cart, to run a backup of that game. The exploit is meant to run in DSi-mode. DS Flash Carts only run in DS-mode. Therefore, you can not use a DS Flash Cart to run the exploit.
In summary I have to buy an original ds card from the biggest loser then? how do I put up (***** eu.sav) in dsi or in the original game?!?. I have to remove the game board and solder the wires needed to connect with the PC and transfer to him saving or how? Help !!!!! ???? !!!!

literally in the OP said:
Insert your DS Flashcarts SD card into your computer, and copy either the file "TB_loser_inject_EU.nds", for the EU region, or "TB_loser_inject_US.nds", for the US region, to your flashcart. Put your flashcarts SD back in your flashcart, and put your flashcart in your DS/DSLite. Start your flashcart, and run the nds file you just copied. It will be named "SaveInjector" in most flashcart menus. It will prompt you to eject your flashcart, and insert your copy of "The Biggest Loser". Do that, and press [start] on your DS/DSLite to inject the hacked save. Once it finishes, turn off your DS/DSLite and eject your copy of "The Biggest Loser", and insert it into your DSi/XL. Start the game, and after the loading screens, you will be presented with your CID, displayed on-screen, in alternating colours. Type that into another text file, and save it for later.

now I get it!!!!!! when I will have available ds / ds lite will also do it!
You don't actually need an original DS or DS Lite. You can follow the following guide to enable the read/write of the save on your DSi or DSi XL.

https://gbatemp.net/threads/working-fix-for-eepinator-savsender-on-dsi.403264/

I may make up some prettier pictures with the proper board layout for the DSi XL later, but that's the general idea. The pins are in the same place on both boards after all.

a bit late to the game, but nice guide!

a shame that it doesn't include some linux centric tips, with those files you posted you have to run things through wine to extract the keys (although it's not that big an issue). since we're already using a raspberry pi, a few hints about the equivalent linux based methods wouldn't hurt though :)

for instance, one question that springs to mind - how can we mount the nand dump in linux? in other words, what file system does the nand dumps use that OSFmount handles in windows?

To my knowledge, it's just a FAT16 partition. You could probably manually mount the image as a volume under linux or OSX and edit it that way. As for TWLTool, you'd have to consult @WulfyStylez for information on a native linux port. My limited knowledge in cryptography is currently stopping me from understanding parts of the tool necessary for that kind of a port. If I have some free time, which I honestly doubt I'll have, I'll look into figuring out the right steps for linux. Else, if you figure it out, feel free to post it and I'll add it to the guide.

Do you guys think it is possible to change the region of the dsi? Given that we are changing installed titles
This has been tested, and confirmed to not be possible without a low-level boot hack. It has a signed region file and per-system encryption, which we can't bypass with our currently available exploits.
