Little question @Rudi Rastelli

does 3DSeSTUFF knows when a game already is downloaded as cia by checking the CIA folder?
or does it download it again and overwrite it?
If not, it would be nice if it checks and knows if it already exists and just skipps it
(or add a function to skipp/overwrite already downloaded games in the cia folder)

Thanks!

[EDIT]
- I haven't tried it yet, cause i'm not behind my home pc

Yes it checks for already created CIA's.

Ah, must have overlooked that one :)

Thanks!

[EDIT]
Right the other reason i asked this:
If i select 20+ titles and between them are already downloaded once, does it then redownload and recreate cia even if it already exists.

If you have A9LH yes. But if not, no, you need to install on your Emunand.
because on page 3 it says
3DSeSTUFF does quite a few things:
  • Creates a database of titles from [enc|dec]TitleKey and seeddb files.
  • Can create 'legit' cias and tickets by using the data from the above files and downloading the titles directly from Nintendo's CDN
  • Batch-renaming of cia and ticket files according to a user-configurable template
  • Automatic creation of decTitleKey.bin file for titles in database with only encrypted title keys
  • Built-in wrapper for sockfile (network installing of cias with FBI)
  • Optional validation of title keys against CDN data

Yeah, but you need at least a cfw to install these "legit" (I think you should know the differences from LEGIT game and the PURCHASED game)
If you plan to install these games without any cfw and you don't have A9LH, the games needs to be legit and your console need stay on 10.7 (Idk now) or below to install it. And if you don't know the differences, are these. Legit game it's an PRE-Installed game with the console. Like the New Monster Hunter Genertions, the old's pokemon (Red/Blue/Yellow) TLOZ: Majora's mask etc. This program make an installable cia, but it's not an a real Legit game. (And if i'm wrong please, corret me)

Well then, in that case it's no. These game are only purchased games covert to a .cia.
And sorry if bothered you with the Legit&Purchased. I don't want bad talks, i only say it if you don't know it.

I have fbi, where are the cia files stored after download?

You mean after they are installed? They are in the 3ds folder assigned to your system

If you just downloaded it
Then it saved to the CIA folder under the title id. The .cia doesn't have to be anywhere special to install with fbi, just place it on the sd card and on fbi navigate to the file and install

I do not seem to get the program to work correctly.

What I did is, start the program then check the auto import feature under the "Extras" menu, and then restart the program.
However, the list of titles is still empty [ 0 Titles ]

Alternatively, when I import the encTitleKeys.bin manually to the program, I still get the same result.

You have to click extras then 'do not click me' then the answer is 42, restart the program and it should load up the titles proving your title keys.bin is in the correct folder.

Thanks for the reply, selbyftw. Still though, no titles show up
