Main computer:

AMD Phenom II X4 940 @ 3.5GHz
2x 2GB DDR2 1066MHz OCZ Gold
ASUS Nvidia Geforce 460 GTX @ 900/1800/1960
OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W Silent Modular PSU
ASUS M3N78-VM Motherboard
2x 512GB 7200rpm HDDs in RAID0
1x 1TB 7200rpm HDD
All in a Cooler Master HAF 932 case (which is ****ing enormous)
EDIT found an old pic to show size, on the right is my computer, on the left a typical system from a computer store

EDIT2: Forgot OS: Windows 7 Ultimate & Ubuntu dual boot, also have several other OS in VMs

Have since upgraded some parts so I thought a new post was in order

All the above, but now it has an AMD Phenom II X6 1100T BE @ 4.1GHz, 2x 4GB Ripjaw RAM @ 1600MHz and a new motherboard (which is a bunch of letters and numbers I cannot remember right now
tongue.gif
) but has USB3 and sata6 amongst the million other features most motherboards have.

If built himself, which I think he did, I would say somewhere around 1200$-1500$.

Computer I built around the start of the year, going to upgrade some stuff when I get the money. Waiting to see how Bulldozer comes out, otherwise I'll be buying an Intel mobo and i5 2500k and use current AMD mobo and CPU for another build. Also planning to get 2 1TB WD Caviar greens for extra storage soon.

Case: Lian Li K60
Mobo: Asus M4A89GTD PRO/USB3
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 @ 3.4GHz (stock)
GPU: Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 6950 2GB (not unlocked yet)
RAM: 8GB (2x4GB) G.Skill Ripjaws @ 1333MHz
HDD: 1TB 7200RPM WD Caviar Black
PSU: Corsair HX 650w, Professional Series

About $2,200, but that's because I already had a monitor, speakers, an adapter, a wireless gamepad, and a decent mouse.
