He said ISO not IOS. What is the file size of your game.iso for Melee? Without you checking the MD5 Hash of the ISO we have no idea if it's a proper dump. Many users here thought there were using a good dump when they really weren't. You need to verify the ISO even if you dump it yourself as sometimes you can get a bad dump due to a dirty/scratched disc. The more things we can verify is not the cause the closer we are to finding out what is going wrong.
As a side note:
Your attitude is going to make us not want to help you so cut the naughty language. You can't come in here demanding help and not want to answer the questions we are asking. Before you posted your setup, we knew nothing about it. A simple thing like messing with certain Nintendont settings can easily stop a game from working. Same goes for a faulty SD card, faulty/fake/3rd party controller, etc. The other thing is you mention a cIOS which Nintendont can't run on and on the vWii you shouldn't be installing cIOS's that were not designed for it as it can, at best stop things from working correctly, or worse completely hose your vWii with no hope of recovery and prevent the Wii U system side from updating.
Nintendont runs on the stock version of IOS58.
