I think I know what it is. Itsuki goes into the book case near her desk and pulls out a Magazine of the gravure shoot of Maiko. This scene is after she gets abducted and they look for clues as to her past and how she's related with the Photographer. There's supposed to be a magazine sprite there, and its full of busty shots of Maiko in a swimsuit.
Yes, I know what's causing it, the lack of model, we tried changing the model in the english character cpk file in the right place and it still crashed, so I'm still investigating it.
Theres a scene shortly after that of Tsubasa in a bikini after being convinced. That's probably what's causing it too.
No, the issue right now is the game crashing upon obtaining the "Maiko's Photobook" item (or the My Complex book as it's now in the story), it trys to display a model of it and since we use the Japanese version of the models archive it cannot load the English censored one as it's in a different location.
Are the folder names for your loadiine files the same as they were previously? If not you can copy the save files over from that.
If you were using a disc before this you'll have to dump the saves using saviine and copy them into the save folder that matches your patched loadiine folder name.
Okay guys, we've found the issue and we'll be releasing a fix for it soon, this also fixes some other untranslated stuff.
If you want a quick fix for now, you'll need a Japanese copy of the game and you'll want to replace the pack_030_etc.cpk in your patched game with the Japanese one.
Most "legal translation patches" are not legal. The original text is copyrighted. If you translate the text and your patch includes the translated text, you're violating the copyright, for the same reason that if I released a file containing the text of Harry Potter translated to Japanese I would be violating the copyright. The patch would only be legal if it was translating text that was so short that it couldn't be copyrighted --if all you're doing is translating the worlds "game over" or something like that you're probably okay, which does not describe most translation patches.

There's another bug. Got a crash earlier. It's one of Tsubasa's Session Triggers. When using Skewer skill and if it triggers a Session cutscene, it freezes. Must be the Debut Smile or Wont you dream about Tsubasa (Amrita girl). Which ironically are both in a Bikini

Will there be any problems if I use my physical copy save that has DLC? I've never used loadline before, but I've heard dlc does not work with it. If that's the case I could see there being issues if I treid playing with the dlc suddenly missing.
