Have you tried the sync a new email on a 3.18 and lower vita after reading my post? If not, then please do if you have one on 3.18 or lower. Otherwise your response is not really helpful.
The truth hurts sometimes, but my response is probably the most definitive response. Like I said, I had the exact same problem on my old 3.18 Vita, and got it fixed through what I suggested. There was no way to sync my emails because I was still stuck on the "add new email address" window on my Vita, getting the same c2 error as you did.

By the way, I'm only trying to help. :gun:

This might be premature but my 3.18 Vita can't do any mail exploits anymore and I think maybe Sony blocked access to the email app on lower than current firmware possibly? It doesn't really matter too much but I was trying to make a ark bubble alongside my tn bubble but seen that the email app wouldn't refresh the email I sent with thunderbird. So I removed my email account and then tried to add it back and it keeps giving a c2 error. I had my co-worker use my email on her vita on 3.57 and it connected as normal.

Anyone with a 3.18 and lower vita can test this to see if it is being blocked?
I'm having the same issue. I have PS Vita on 3.15, and everytime I tried adding Gmail or Yahoo I got the "C2-14391-0" error. If I try to add my hotmail using the Other option, it will let me add but it won't retrieve any emails.

Count me in with these issues, US, 3.15 FW, just about to hack my Vita. I can put in spam and it gives me the same error regardless, even my primary email which I KNOW works because I use it a lot gives me the same exact error. I can still browse the Internet on the Vita, I reset the WiFi password and point. Error C2-14393-0... :/ it's ironic that it happens to more than one person at the exact day and time. I believe Sony has done something...

So I guess older firmwares can no longer do any exploit with the email app... is there any other way to install TN-V or update to a higher firmware that will still work?

It's just crazy to think that Sony would patch ONLY older firmwares, since not all older firmwares are patched as of yet. Just my luck.

Tried twice installing TN-V, updated to 3.36 FW. First time a black screen when launching the bubble and it gave me an error. Second time I tried it hangs ag a black screen... I have no idea what I did wrong. I did Locoroco Midnight Carnival demo as my base game which others have done. :(

Either one of two things:
  • PSP Demos simply can't be used as a basegame; in this case, buy a PSP mini for only ~$1.
  • You have a few missing files in your TN-V savedata.
I would imagine that is more than likely that PSP demos really aren't supported, which sucks to be honest... :/

Many guides use this demo it seems and I found a video on YT using it. I'm sure it's user error, since I had so much trouble. I'll delete the game and the save and redo the tutorial. (:

Guys, could someone please clarify how good is the PSOne bubble Loader by TheFlow vs TN-X, I heard that TN-X support CD-Audio that make it superior PS1 loader, is this correct?

Planning to buy Vita with proper firmware so I need to know what firmware should I look, 3.18 or 3.52

Tried again. Same error. I'll give another demo a try I guess... :/

I'll look it up. Thank you! Do you know the ID for that game is for the US by any chance? I know I can Google it but I'm heading back to work. If not I'll do it later. (:

My account is US region. So I would assume that it's for US. Do you play the demo before trying it out? It may need a game save for it to work.

I played the demo, and beat it. I found no way to save during the demo..

I tried Echochrome and same thing. Black screen and "An error has occurred. (C1-2853-3)"..

Maybe my Vita is just unhackable. I'm on 3.36. I downloaded the TN-V Bubble for 1.00-3.36. I set up a fake email, sent the writer file, when I got the error I didn't click OK, I just swiped away, signed back into the app and went to the computer. I take the PBOOT file in the bubble folder and rename it to "#0", the file is 90 something KB. I downloaded the 660 file and got an "EBOOT.PBP" and I renamed it to "660.pbp", I then placed that in the TN-V save folder and transferred the save onto the Vita. The icon shows the TN bubble. Afterwards I send an email to myself with Thunderbird with the renamed 660 "#0" file attached and the subject is the ux0 stuff and I have the correct US ID of the game which is "NUPG80135" (there is no dash, right?). I then send it to myself. Open up the email app, click the file, it says "cannot display image" I do NOT click OK again and just swipe away. I rebuild the database and I've tried copying the game and recopying back to the Vita. I get the TN-V bubble, I launch it and hold R, always have tried not holding R and after about 10 seconds on a black screen it says "C1-2853-3" error. Am I doing everything correct??

Did you try rename the file 660.PBP instead 660.pbp? Hope this can solve your problem..

Just checking in again, I got my Vita hacked!!!! I have no idea what I did different. I downloaded different files this time and left the "#0" in the TN-V save folder and it worked. The #0 was 92KB before and in the new file it was 84.2 I believe so it was smaller. Ran the bubble, black screen, I didn't hold any buttons after that and boom. Recovery and I installed TN-V! :) Thanks all!

Great! Did you use it on echo chrome?
Also I think files need to be in all caps for the vita to read it, including file extensions.
So maybe that's where you missed it.

Not a lot of people tried the psone bubble loader here but the bubble loader has wider firmware support than tn x.

I'll get the bubble loader soon enough. Planning to buy persona 2 anyway. TN X is for low firmwares only right? I'm on 3.36 so it's not an option for me but if yours is low then maybe TN X would be better?

TNX is far more convenient than the PS One bubbles. Rather have a menu to choose than modify for each PS One game

PSTV whitelist hack was patched in 3.60 right?
Applying the whitelist was patched in 3.60, yes. However, updating your PSTV while it has the whitelist hack installed won't be affected when updating. But be careful! I think a database rebuild gets rid of the patch altogether!
