I was on Miiverse and someone was selling Hoopas with a way to contact him if you wanted modded/hacked pokemon. Advertising they were hacked, I got banned for saying, wow, nice job linking an email -_-

You're pretty lucky. Hacks and such fall under 'illegal activity' on the Miiverse, and I got temporarily banned for mentioning Hoopa before it was officially announced.

I just went on miiverse with the name "TheRapeGod" and posted a hacked texture in sm4sh and several people called out hacks and it is still up.........I told a guy that was complaining about Shulk being OP to "git gud" and I got a post removal.....
I got banned for criminal activity when I posted a screenshot of MK7 with the lucky 7.
My friend got banned for inappropriate content when he swore in private message to me. I didn't report it but they still found it.
