Sans-Serif contacted me and told me about the small save bug in my tool and it looks like you're using it more or less successfully.
Therefore i fixed the save bug today and like to offer some help with it.
The version you/people were using right now is pretty old, so feel free to share/use this newer build with some new functions.

My tool is still missing some functions (like recognizing codes like, <size>) for DGS, therefore i created a GDRIVE for the Translation Team.
Feel free to contact me for the link if you want to contribute to it.
In this GDrive folder you can add the character names + E041 codes, tell me some preview bugs or how the size tags look in game so i can replicate them better

You can apply to be an editor or proofreader, if they're still accepting applications. That basically entails taking the already translated text, and getting it into the game.
That's cool, we already have a lot of the translation imported to the game tho.
A little update, we are a bit stuck since we can't seem to find the textures for the evidence we need to translate but other than that everything is going smooth.

About translation we are up to the 5th case thanks to K-sha.
About importing the translation to the game the editors are working on different files each so you can apply to be part of the team and help us out.
About graphics the game has the texture for the 3D evidence behind a type of file we can't extract so we are looking into that.
I did apply, nobody got back to me. I'm going to stop wasting my time on the first case then and start on the 5th
