Don't know what i was thinking lol. In the older version i think it was set by default or something to download but in the newest version it is set to directly install without pressing the L button for the options. thanks.
Yeah, the default is now Install instead of Download, but it also saves your selection between runs of the program. So if you set it to download, it will be download next time you run
Robobot appears to be a "region-free" title. The last character of its product code is A, and the unique ID is the same in all regions. Hence, even though you probably obtained it from a different region, eShop detected it and locked it anyway.
You should be able to launch it through FBI, DevMenu, or similar. The mechanism Home Menu uses to lock out a title until the "release date" is unknown AFAIK.

If you previously installed a 'bad' cia you found online, normally installing a 'good' version on top would not work because of that bad ticket.
Now CIAngel will fix this so you won't need to use FBI to delete that bad ticket

Tried that out with sonic the hedgehog 2 3d and it worked great with directly installing it, no cryptofixing needed. If you save the game to your sd card as a .cia then install it with F.B.I. the game still needs to be cryptofixed though. Thought it might have worked either way but it does only when directly installing the files.

The latest version of FBI includes seed code as well, it's what I based mine on.
Wings.json is a community contributed effort, until someone purchases a game and submits the titlekey to a specific titlekey database it isn't available through CIAngel.

Does install mode delete the cia after installing it?
Install mode never creates a CIA file to begin with.
Titlekeys are only available with eShop purchased games, not physical carts
Pokemon green is also a japanese title so it might be there but you can't read it because of the way japanese text appears in ciangel if you are talking about the official release.
