I don't have lower than 5.5.1, but if you are lower than that, you spoof your firmware version. With any version firmware, you block the correct update urls with DNS tricks like tubehax, or using router blocks, but you can still access the e-shop with NNU patcher. Another question: I have a Wii U with 5.3.2. If I understood well, to be able to install DLCs, I will need to access eShop and then update to 5.5.1 will be mandatory.
If I am updating to 5.5.1, I will have to use the kernel exploit. Are there limitations to use loadiine with 5.5.1 in stead of 5.3.2 ?
I mean, with update 5.5.1, I should be able to play "loadiine ready" games, buy and install DLCs if I have the retail game, and install the game updates wth JNUS tool right ?
