I searched for DLC but the only thing i found was 1.1.6 update and (Rev 02) or something and I tried installing both and neither worked. Should I try re-installing?
Rev 02 is the DLC (You can see the Type on the bottom screen, it will be listed as DLC).
I downloaded it but nothing. I am going to try re-installing and installing the update via CIAngel too.
Avoid visiting in-game DLC shops, and possibly the eShop itself, some people have issues where doing that wipes the downloaded DLC. If it doesn't work, there's not much we can do to help though. I've tested the Smash DLC more times than I'd like to admit, and can tell you with 100% certainty that it works.

Yeah seems like its still not working for me :| Oh well, I tried fully uninstalling and re-installing it using only CIAngel but that didn't work out for me
I don't know what would be causing it then. Most of the time I broke something, I would uninstall the title, uninstall the ticket (Both in FBI, first the Titles submenu, then the Tickets submenu), then just reinstall it. DLC seems to be a different beast altogether though
For a preload? I'm not sure. But I doubt we could get our hands on it prior to release, it would be kinda dumb for Nintendo to put the key in a public place before the game is allowed to be unlocked.
You are not the only one, I tried on my 2Ds, my brother's 2DS and my own n3DS and it never worked.
I installed the game first then the last update and the DLC (pack with multiple contents) and their tickets but after several try , still nothing.
Same problem with the Shin megami Tensei IV e-shop only release in Europe (I had bought the game and some of the DLCs and tried today to get the rest unlock by installing the DLC pack and ticket through CIAngel but no new quest appeared).
Also my brother got Hyrule Warriors thanks to your program and unlocke deverything (included the pre-purchase bonus costum for Link), I have the cartridge and purchased the DLC pass but I wanted to get the Super Famicom Link appearance so I installed both DLC files and ticket but got nothing.
Might have accidentally deleted a few titles i wasn't supposed to Kappa. But I can't remember what they were :|
If you'd already purchased some DLC, you will need to remove the ticket for the DLC in FBI before trying to install it with CIAngel. The current version doesn't overwrite tickets, so if one exists with only a partial unlock, CIAngel won't give you a full unlock.
Make sure you are very careful when removing things in FBI. You don't want to accidentally delete the ticket for a system app or something else important.
Too late, but at least I made a backup of my sysNAND before I did a9LH and after I did it.

I see. Thanks for the mention, but I hadn't previously purchased any DLC. Had to restore my sysNAND anyways after deleting too many things like an idiot (if only I had some database i could find out what the title ID for each ticket meant, wasn't on 3dsdb)

Whatever you do, don't delete anything with those numbers.
If you can't find the titleid on 3dsdb, or on that titlekey database (Google it) then you probably shouldn't delete it.
