My theory is that there's probably a file that tells the game that it needs to load more than one soundbank for a specific character. That would explain why even though we can add custom sounds per color slot the game only loads one of them if a different color slot is used that doesn't use the same soundbank. My guess it's that it's in the ui_sound_voice_chara_db.bin but I'm not very good with hex editing so I can't test this myself.

I didn't even notice that that file existed. You may have just given me the lead I needed. I'll fiddle with it later tonight.

I'm sorry for being annoying but, when i loaded caffine it came up with a black screen with text saying "No kexploit". Oh, no what did i do wrong now? haha

Does anyone know how I can create my own Character Selection Screen background? I found the right .nut file, but I don't know how to create a .nut file or edit one.

I just got CSPs and stuff working for dlc characters on the EUR version of the game.

Instead of placing the CSP data in: data > ui > replace > append >

Place your CSP data in: Data(eu_(your language)) > ui > replace > append >
The EUR version appears to load CSP data for DLC characters from there instead. I tried adding a 9th slot for Mewtwo again and it worked after I did this

You are using the wrong Kexploit. Don't use the one for Loadiine.

Anyone have the problem where titledumper just freezes when dumping smash files like dt00 or dt01? If I can't dump my game, are there any alternatives to texture modding/etc?

it doesn't freeze, just wait, the files stop counting when a certain amount of numbers appear, but it continues to dump

So this is what happens when I click on EasyInject.bat to build my textures T_T It basically says that python is not recognised as an internal or external command, program or executable file, I didn't have problems with python before, Extract.bat worked fine the first time, now it gives me the same error, any help please T:T

Thanks! that worked, now I managed to run EasyInject.bat and got a tmp.gtx file, but model.nut seems to be unaltered, am I supposed to do something with that tmp.gtx file in order to make my texture work?

Edit: Nevermind, model.nut was indeed changed, thank you again!

I manage to play Mii on glory mode without disconnecting. I can't believe it worked. I'll upload replays of it later.

i try to change the CSS background, but how to do to remove the black bar of the character selection and remove all the little parts who are moving ?

I'm working on a Banjo Kazooie Duck Hunt Dog.

I still need to touch up a few textures before I release it, but I'm pretty happy with how it's coming along.
Once I finish with the main textures, I'm going to adjust the normal and specular maps to make the shorts pop a little more. Right now they are flat and ugly.

I'm having some problems with some of my extra costumes. I've got red gloves on all additional mario alts, red tipped hair on my 10th peach costume, red hair on all additional tlink alts, weird black texture over the eyes of my my extra corrin alt, red eyes on my extra ROB alt, red glasses on both my extra Falcon alts.

Curiously, the alts on all these characters work with no issues: Luigi, Little Mac, Link, Zero Suit Samus, King Dedede, Lucario, Lucina, Mega Man, and Roy. I think it's something to do with adding extra costume slots. Everything has been properly TexIDfix'd.
