i tried to add a costume to captain falcon but i don't know why, it stay to 8 costumes (i've modified the ui_character_db.bin )

Any help with .DDS format saving? I followed the guide in the OP on how to do texture hacks, but my texture keeps crashing the game. It must be either something with saving settings, or the injector being unstable.

That depends on what format the nut check throws back at you. If its a format 0, save it as DTX1ARGB or DTX5ARGB, but if it's format 2 ALWAYS use DTX3ARGB. That is if you're editing a characters texture. And I don't see how the injector itself would be "unstable." I've been using it for a a while, never had a problem with it. Maybe it's just the save format you're using.

i cannot modify the stock icons and the other images than the css slot and the result screen, for the others, it doesn't load on gimp or paint.net

and i'd like to add a new stages but i don't know where to find the id of the stages
the id on parameters seems to be the line 20 but i don't know where to find id, i'll try the id 49 who is unused (it's like 47,48,50 so i try the 49)

That value is for the series icon, since you're in the character file for Bayonetta the value of 41 corresponds to Bayonetta's series icon, which I believe is the last in the list of series icons.

Also is anyone looking into how to copy and add custom stages to additional stage slots? I'm aware that we can add more stage slots but they all default to Battlefield and all you can do is set the series icon and what the stage displays as. If anyone is working on how to do this I'd love to know, I'm currently working on figuring out the ui_stage_db.bin file to learn what all the values do to potentially do this myself but I'm rather inexperienced and someone else could probably do it much faster than I could.

Guys i messed up on stage slots. lines 6.7.8.9. messes with what boots up in the stages and omega variants. Updated tutorial and now it works fine! You can even add a slot to stages you cannot normally go ie waiting room.

thanks I really wanted to play mii online on glory so I changed a bunch of numbers on mii on parameters. At first I thought I failed because i got disconnected but then i realize it worked! I glory with mii, I didn't get any sleep that day lol. People's reaction though. most didn't react they just fought me. One reported me. Replays are glitched if you saved as replay. The mii headless you need sdcafiine to see replays normally. I wish I had a capture card to show you guys I can't upload replays to youtube.

Is there a way to move the DLC characters i'm having trouble moving Roy next to Marth on the character select screen any help would be great

I tried out the Enemy Mii Fighters online; because they have a default size, they work fine online, however...

Because they were made exclusively for Fighting Mii Team modes, they don't have a complete moveset. The most prominent part is that they have no specials, cannot shield nor airdodge, and cannot grab the ledge, making them a glorified Single Button Miilii. You can't even taunt (NOOOO)

It's pretty bizarre but also fun to take on For Glory, and I'll be making a video of it soon.

Also anyone testing final smash stand alone characters use team player smash for no crash after winning!

i found how to change correctly the css background and the formats, the background is in data\ui\lulen\chara\img-00000 the format is dxt5
for the others img-00001 it's ATI1N and for the img-00002 it's the ATI2N (the 1 and 2 must be converted with AMD compress)

How would you go about using AMD Compress with images in ATI2N format? I'm trying to edit the names of characters on the character select screen and they use the same format

i'll look into that. Where are the character names located?
The ones used on the CSS are data/ui/replace/chr/chrn_11; chrn_12 and chrn_40 have names too but are likely used in Classic mode and other modes, and chrn_41 is for the "joins the battle" screens after you unlock a character
