What's the easiest way to change the system font?

Only on Windows:

0. DO A NAND BACKUP
1. "Acquire" the 3DS CTR SDK. Google is your friend here.
2. Use the CTR SDK to convert a Windows font to to a bcfnt font. It's in a some 'tool' folder. You can preview how the font will be if you export it as an image. Play with the values of the program and test diferents results.
3. Then use astronautlevel's Font Tool to convert the .bcfnt to a CIA
https://github.com/astronautlevel2/FontTool. See their github page for instructions.
4. Then you have to NCCH Encrypt that CIA with Decrypt9.
5. Install that CIA.
6. Reboot console.

If anything gone wrong, restore backup and ask here.

Yeah I know but I've only extract a bcsar file, I don't know how to edit it and repack

I don't know, aren't there any converter like with the compressed PNG files? (don't remember how that extension are)

Would you give me an example of where is a bcsar file for testings?

No there are any converters and repacker... :v

Example : In the Sound folder of the Friend list cia, Pokemon ORAS I think too

A few text changes

(The classic "Internet" to "Wi-Fi", and "X + Y: Abrir el menú de NTR" = "X + Y: Open NTR menu". It show that message when you press Y button.
I just replaced the official take screenshot text with that one)
Also, I changed "Open" text to "Execute" (the text shown when selecting an App/game)

I put the instructions that I used (and worked for me) to make a CIA font. I'm not sure if one can share CIA fonts just like that, can anybody confirm that?

If we can, will be great to upload a CIA Fonts pack

Also, I'm now testing with that sounds file, I found a extractor and I will test it

Yea! Would be awesome, i saw the tutorial im just dumb and cant do these things

A full 3ds customization would be badass it would be just like android roms

Its in Main SDK/tools/FontConverter folder

The tool "Hacking Toolkit" in the PackHack in this folder, download it and put it in the same folder of your CIA and at the end choose "Y"(yes) for decrypt your code.bin.
