It connects now, seems to be a problem with TPHD...
Anyway, using jgeckou now it ask for the name game and ID, where I found those?
It's k, I'm not from EUR xD But thanks for the xml, you da real mvp.You can use the XML I uploaded earlier and just rename it to BWPP01. The locations in memory are the same across regions.
I doubt, considering their most updated game is the 3DS version right now, and sucks that all my grind hours on this game is non transferable. It's missing the Special Meter code, as well as codes for player 2, but they're easy enough to add if it's really necessary. I'll keep it updated as the game receives updates, if it gets anymore.
It also runs like ass on an O3DS. However, there are new characters coming for the 3DS version, so they may be backported to the WiiU version. Regardless, I made codes for the 3DS version also. Just not the Adventure Mode ones since I can't stand playing long enough to get to it. Need to buy an N3DS. Plus there's a save editor, so it makes it even faster. Especially because it's easier to edit weapons through the save than it is with memory. I have that information for the WiiU as well, but it's not really memory editing friendly.I doubt, considering their most updated game is the 3DS version right now, and sucks that all my grind hours on this game is non transferable.
Late, but if you click "Update Game Titles" on the main tab of JGeckoU, it should create a file named Titles.ser which should fix that issue.Anyway, using jgeckou now it ask for the name game and ID, where I found those?
Im hoping that the same method can be done with the Wii U, but the WiiU takes the lead on the 3DS with real time memory hacking compared to the 3DS save editor. But in terms of multiple edits at once, it's 3DS obviously. It also runs like ass on an O3DS. Ionno, the subreddit for Hyrule was up in arms about the fact that saves cant be mirrored or transferred and what sucks is even if you manage to progress on the 3DS with the new DLC characters, if you somehow managed to get it back to the WiiU, you'd have to separately purchase it for the WiiU. Nintendo's practice of different paywalls for content on 2 different consoles from the same company triggers me greatly, one of the reasons why I'm glad 3DS is completely hackable, and WiiU, hopefully, will follow now that more people will be interested to purchase a WiiU
Anything is well appreciatedThe save structure is the same for the Wii U version, locations might be different though. The Wii U probably uses Big Endian as opposed to the 3DS's Little Endian as well. I could probably find all the same information in maybe a couple hours if I need to, thanks to their progress. I think I remember Ailuros27 saying he was helping out with a Wii U version save editor for Hyrule Warriors or something of the kind but I'm not sure what happened with that.
Anything is well appreciated
I guess that he gave up considering this section of gbatemp was pretty..dead until recently, now it's pretty lively and active. Who knows, he might get back to it considering there's more demand.
The whole HD set with amiibo costs more than a R1 PS4 game here right now. I'm thinking of investing in amiiqo, Pokken is fun, but it gets recycled pretty quickly, all I need is money code for it, as for Twilight PHD, I went with a pirate's way. \o/Well, I don't know if I would call it dead per se. I mean there were lots of complaining and dev bashing threads for quite a while. I'm hoping some more interesting homebrew pops up now. I was quite excited to try out Maschells HID to VPAD thing, though that came out before the 5.5.1 exploit. Bit disappointed I can't use that and JGeckoU though. I don't really have an interest in Loadiine since I only have 2 games on disc and the rest are eShop purchases, which will continue once I finally decide to get Pokken Tournament and Twilight Princess HD. TPHD I might buy on disc because I like that Wolf Link Amiibo thing.
It's possible. I've personally found and tested offsets for money, gear subs, and player id (for octolings offline). They all worked without much hassle. I can help you out if you want through PMs + I'll post offsets when I get home.
I'd recommend using gudenaurock's colorizer for changing color values. However, I haven't used NWPlayer's octoling.py yet, I'm not sure if nintendo can detect that sort of thing and I don't want to get banned for something silly.
Starts at 12CD0D80(player id is one slot down, either 0, 1 or 2), you have to go down from there like you had to with other versions. If you still have the gear.docx that was posted here, you can basically apply the things in there, without the offsets of course.I'd appreciate those gear offsets as well, if you don't mind.
You have to open the .py file using notepad++ or a texteditor and replace the top like of code where there's an ip address with your wiiu's ip address. then all ou have to do is run pygecko and load splatoon and then you have to run the octoling .py file and now if you go to your inventory (or some kind of action) you should be an octoling.@aracom @Duckling i see that if i do it with replacing the number i have to change save file before play online and like i have splatoon on original disc i dont want modify it so i prefer duckling method, and how i do it? where i have to put my adress, and someone knows if wj44 has updated his pygecko to otoling version?
I've used jGeckoU on splatoon though :/ maybe it wasn't working correctly?Yes. The kernel exploit breaks any compatibility with Splatoon due the modified memory mapping. The common TCPGecko installer restores the memory mapping which fixes any issue with Splatoon. But this causes JGecko U to freeze the system since the code handler required the modified memory mapping.
The version of pyGecko that keeps the modified memory mapping does not feature any fix for Splatoon so it will freeze on the loading screen
Thanks but when I modify this, then I have to compile pygwcko no? Because I load pygecko from mj44 and I cant modify his archives but I cant do it because when I put the command: python build.py examples/pygecko windows say me that python isnt a command so?You have to open the .py file using notepad++ or a texteditor and replace the top like of code where there's an ip address with your wiiu's ip address. then all ou have to do is run pygecko and load splatoon and then you have to run the octoling .py file and now if you go to your inventory (or some kind of action) you should be an octoling.
No, it's a Python script. You need to install Python to run it. There's nothing to compile as it's not source code. Thanks but when I modify this, then I have to compile pygwcko no? If I modify it can you compile it for me?
But my ip changes sometimes, some days its XXX.XXX.X.35, others .37...
Please I need something to compile it
