I own a few domains and webspace, can i host the kexploit/loadiine for my european 5.5.1 Wii U online myself?
It would be better to use the PHP method then. You probably can't run .jar files on shared webhosting.
But you NEED to selfhost on the same network the Wii U is on. Otherwise the exploit will be very unstable and maybe not work at all. I couldn't get it to work when hosting it from my linux VPS, the MP4 just froze the Wii U instantly.

Some people here are hosting the exploit - how are they doing it?

BTW: I don't consist in hosting it myself, but i can't find a server who is reliable and hosting the exploit for EU consoles... does anyone know such a server?

Some people have access to execute files on remote servers, some (most?) people host locally and have full access to their machines, some people are not using HaxServer at all.

Locally hosting means i'am running HaxServer on my PC, right? That's what i'am doing, but i don't always want to have the PC on, just to trigger the exploit...

Correct, by host locally I mean they have a computer in their own network that is hosting the exploit. Really you just have to turn the PC on to trigger kexploit and then Loadiine (or whatever), don't need to leave PC on ALL the time.

Some people are externally hosting the exploit, you can try some of those links, although it sounds like results may extremely vary.

All in all, having to host the exploit and trigger each time is not the worst thing in the world. :)

You're sure right! But with the exploit hostet on a webserver, i wouldn't have to turn on the PC everytime i want to play a Wii U game. That would be comfortable, no doubt about that ^_^

Indeed. :)

Just remember, this only applies to HaxServer. There are other methods that don't use HaxServer, where you can host the files remotely. Good luck!

  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
I got this ps4 at launch and never updated since 9.0
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
You got a good chance of buying a used one and asking the seller how often they used or even ask for a Pic of fw and telling them not to update
  • RedColoredStars @ RedColoredStars:
Speaking of PLaystation. I see Evilnat put out a beta for PS3 CFW 4.91.2 on the 22nd.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Don't really see the point in updating it tbh
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea you right, I thought about updating my PS3 CFW to 4.91, but why really, everything plays fine now. I guess for people that have already updated past 4.9 it would be helpful.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Idk if online servers are still active that would be my only thought
    +1
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Thats true, personally I don't play it online at all, in fact, I deleted all wifi details on it once I installed CFW, so it won't connect and auto-update itself
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I play most games that are on both PS3/360 strickly on the 360, but PS3 exclusives are really only games I play on the PS3 (You know me, I'm more of a Xbox junkie)
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Ps3 really has no titles worth going online
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
