Hold the Reset button while booting your Wii and Bootmii should start up. From there, you can boot into the Homebrew Channel and you can try uninstalling the channel you installed.

off the top of my head, the only fixes i can think of are:
1) get a gc controller
2) get a savemii
3) nand flasher using bootmii nand dump
4) MAYBE if you have a modchip try an autoboot disc.

With no Priiloader or BootMii as boot2 you're kinda stuck unless you can get one of the methods tech3475 suggested to work.

You will have to disassemble the GC controller to do this.

At this point the only solution would be to buy a new Wii (Or old one.)

My recommendation if you can acsess BootMii at all is installing your previous NAND Backup to your Wii. If the Wii controls are not working (reset to move, power to select, etc) I would recommend buying a GameCube Controller, and hooking it up to your Wii if possible.

But you may also try other methods.
