Hacking Out of region CIA gets stuck at loading

So today i downloaded cube creator 3d.
As there's no EUR version I downloaded the US version and installed the CIA
I'm on Luma3DS+A9LH.
It just gets stuck when I launch it at the nintendo 3ds screen...

Find the game's US Title ID, and create a text file that has that Title ID as a name. Open the text file in notepad or whatever and type "USA EN", without quotes, and save the file. Now make a folder called "locales" in the "luma" folder of your SD, and put the text file you made in the locales folder. Hold select when booting your 3DS, and enable region emulation, then press start to reboot. It should get past the 3DS logo when launching the game now.

isn't luma3ds region free by default?

it is, but you need to enable plugins for certain games.

Obviously, since it gets stuck at boot. There might be a fixed cia somewhere though, but making the text file isn't that hard. I had to make plugins for DLC for Taiko no Tatsujin and for Sega 3D collection, and now they work without problems.

I think it doesn't work because you haven't the USA cube creator 3d seed...
The seed is automatically downloaded when you visit the eShop page of a game.

Visiting the eShop only fixes the games of your own region. He's trying to run an American game on an European system.

Anyway, the titleID is 0004000000154500, try making a luma plugin and see it it will work.

My phone is really slow when it comes to loading 3DSDB, so I don't really have the nerves to wait for it to load up again, but you can find the titleID there, sorry again :x

There's no harm in trying though. Even if it doesn't work, they can try finding a cryptofixed CIA

Option 1 : Use a cryptofixed version
Option 2 : Use a seeddb.bin to decrypt the cia with decrypt9 to cryptofix it!

how do I use this seeddb.bin?
I downloaded a cryptofixed but it's not updated and i can't update it

it's not your 3ds region game, so you can't download the update patch from eshop directly. common sense
