I can see where you're coming from, believe me, I'm stuck on 5.5 as well. And no, there isn't an option. But I'm glad that waiting is an option at all, thanks to the devs sticking around and continuing their work.

5.5.1 and happy with it. Kexploit will be nice, iosu even better. Good things to come, but it will be some time before this scene can grow. Don't mind waiting
And when the kernel exploit (or maybe the gods will bestow upon us the IOSU exploit), you'll have a very hacked Wii U! (You could even call it double-hacked!)
5.3.2 wii-u over here. I have pirated so many games, enjoyed so many virtual console titles and installed so many homebrews in 7 months, that i am getting tired of it to be honest! Might update my console to 5.5.1 tomorrow..... I've had enough wii-u piracy and homebrew for one lifetime.

5.5.1 with no keksploit, although I actually kinda have one reason why I could use it now besides piracy.
I have a fully hacked Wii U 5.3.2 that I don't really use since one year ago and I am eager to update just for fun (as I will probably not use it anyway).
I hate the current hacks TBH, they are way too whimsy regarding boot success ratio.

How many corruption crashes did it take for yours to work. I just still keep getting crashes. I have 5.5.1 with kexploit but keep getting corruption crashes.
