CIAngel requires custom firmware with signature patching. The guide Ricken linked to will help you get set up. If you follow it word for word, you should end up not losing anything.

He said he's experiencing slow internet. When you have slow net and you're trying to post something in gbatemp, it looks like it fails after you press Reply, so you press it again, fails again, so you press it again ... then it turns out you've posted multiple times. I suspected it would do this once, after it looked like it failed I refreshed the page to see if my reply went through or not. It didn't, so I posted it again. Then it was a double post >.>

oh ok btw cud u pls answer one question while ricken is gone? - why is CIAngel saying that it did not find anything when i run the search for a game? i cannot understand how do i use this thing...

You need the wings.json file in a CIAngel folder on the root of your SD. You can find the wings file on 'that' iso site.
