I had bootrate issues with my setup on my n3ds personally, so that certainly added fuel to the fire. As for the other 5 systems I did, it helped idiot proof the systems some, in case they were to somehow manage to skip over the triggering of menuhax (I intentionally killed the payload folder for a9lh on those, after everything was set up).

Tried to downgrade 5 times my 10.7 n3DS and all I got was a nice Error on boot. No A9LH for now.

Well I did it. All I can say is I bricked around 5 3dses with it. I am now a sad man who can't play pokemon. I will crie 2 night.

You can still use Gateway (menuhax, browserhax, etc) after installing A9LH

You can:
Use every other CFW
100% boot rate
Have faster boot times
Use updated SysNAND CFW (no need for EmuNAND)
Save space on SD card
Unbrick your SysNAND without a hardmod

For now you can use AuReiNand + 9.2 Sys/EmuNAND + firmware90.bin to boot into Gateway.
Once A9LH support for GW is added you can add it as an AuReiNand payload, or just switch.

I already know all that but again there's no point until gw boots automatically via a9lh. I already have my otp ready but until gatewait release there version its pointless.

Did you transfer from an O3DS to this one? If so, format the system (but taking out the SD card before hitting the big red FORMAT button, to preserve the important goodies you have on there), and try again. It just doesn't work if you transferred from an O3DS. Even if not, try a format. Doing this immediately made it work for me. I tried it about ten times with no success, then after a format it worked.

Took me ages to set it up , atleast at the end with the 3ds that has aureinand It feels clean and tidy.

On the other hand when I use one with rxtools I feel kinda dirty dunno why

I keep trying to downgrade with the 2.1.0 version files gotten on the usual iso site with PlaiSysUpdater, but it kept throwing me an error, so I'm stuck. Besides, I like being a dirty menuhax peasant >:0

Use cakes cfw, make sure the updates folder is on your root, for some reason it was in my 3ds folder.

When gateway adds support then maybe.
Chances are they'll add support & make it easier to install maybe less steps too.

I really enjoy the in-game address scanning & cheating gateway offers.
I also really enjoy having two storage cards, all my .3DS rom files on my microSD card & all my installed .CIA files, naturally, on my SD card.
I hardly ever turn off my 3DS, I just put it in sleep mode, so boot speeds don't matter much to me, nor does loading emunand from the DS profile menu button.

I just wish it added something huge, like the ability to put both ds & 3ds roms in a folder & choose to play either from a single list.
Something like that might make me consider it.

ah so it's a cfw issue since i used reinand to do this. thx for the help, i'll try cakes then
