With this process, it should only take about 10 minutes or less to set up a new NNID!

héhé, but it's a nice find for those who really need it. the only time im banned (and still banned is on my O3DSXL with badge arcade, but since i have bought games on that, i will not make a new nnid just for that game.
Think you should mention (warn people) that you lose all bought content from the eShop if you make a new (unbanned) NNID.

Not necessarily, just make sure not to enter the eShop afterwards if you want to keep all of your games and data. When you want to use the eShop again, follow the tutorial again, but link your original NNID instead of making a new one.

aha, i get the concept now

For example:
Bit like on iPad, i bought Minecraft long time ago, kids wanted to have it to, but i didn't want to pay 3 times.

So i logout on there ipad and login with my account, install minecraft and logout again and login with there account, now they can play minecraft, need to login again with my account to update.
Only on 3DS it's a bit more complicated by modifying stuff

Well, I have not been able to enter Gateway emuNAND after editing my SecureInfo_A, but AuReiNAND works for me. You can always go back to a properly signed SecureInfo_A whenever you want to use Gateway.

I use rxTools for everything and it works with this method. If anyone needs a CFW recommendation, use rxTools!

You would need to perform the NNID change, secureA file does not change if you are already banned... /Banned and tested/

I had the same problem. You need to boot into sysNAND for ARM9 homebrew to work properly.

I can open the Decrypt9 with arm9loaderhax using Decrypt9.bin, and when I modified my SW and NNID save and inject again, go to NNID option and has the same settings..

The only option is doing in sysnand?

Try booting Decrypt9 from the homebrew launcher in sysNAND. When I tried using the options in autoboot, it kept failing.

I jump on to my 9.2 sysnand, head over to browserhax, get into Homebrew(2.5) then start decript9

I actually did it, the problem is that if you want to do it with a9lh you have to inject the files in sysnand, not emunand.

Yeah, that's one of the big things about Decrypt9: you can't run it from EmuNAND. I don't have to worry about it since I'm still on Menuhax, but to anyone who doesn't know that, take note.
