that's the point. We wanted to keep a similar design, same icons, same settings layout, etc.

That's planed.
There's currently no "individual game settings", but it's planed.
Like you can see, we put the load method into the game settings (not in the loader settings), because it's planed to be an individual game settings later.
same for the log server, it could be individual too (some game needs it off, like zelda Windwaker) while others can have it enabled.
Though, lot of settings are not in their definitive location and can be moved later.

it's not posted yet.
I tested his beta build yesterday and it worked fine.
though, some games didn't work anymore (but should be fixed before release)

Mmmh, is there a software for using a USB Flash after putting it into the Wii U, because when i put it back into my PC it tells me to format it...

are you still talking about loadiine ?
because only SD card is possible, there's no usb access.
if you talk about the WiiU formated HDD, that's not related to loadiine. There's no way to use a drive on Wiiu and PC at the same time, you need to format it and use it exclusively for that plateform.

it's formated in WiiU File system format.
it's a private, per-console, encrypted format. it deletes the partition table and the wiiu partition starts at sector 0 (that's why the computer asks to format it, it doesn't find any partition to use)

It "could" be used with loadiine, but you would need a homebrew game manager, as only the wiiu could manage the HDD content, not the PC.
it "could" be done when IOS exploit can be used as it will allow easy access to usb and to all folders, instead of size limited SSBU save folders only.

Now Stupid Idea :

1) I know it seems stupid but GH:Live can use SDCard (FAT32) to store (sure, the game use it) his data so maybe we can store fake data that GH:Live will use then maybe launc homebrew. Like BatHaxx and etc... but w/out save data.

So, we will be able to launch homebrew with Games permission. (Like we can use/modify or whatever you want with the whole file system (SDCard, System File, USB) + Everything the game use. (I don't really know what ^^) And i know it may works and not at the same time.

this is exactly what IOSU will enable, wait for IOSU hack.

GHL could allow loadiine just like SSB or Mii Maker or art academy.

USB is in KaraokeJoy too.

USB from such games to be used with Loadiine through kernel access would require a loooooot of work, whereas with IOSU hack you'll just be able to access it like on linux.

it will still require work from the developers to make a communication interface. it will not be available on first day IOS hack release.
That's also why it's not publicly released, some devs already have it so they can start making homebrew with it before release so users will have usable homebrew at the same time.
a release without something to launch is useless.

Yep, tried Ptitlerays GX2 fork too with same results. Also I can't get the laodiine server log to work. IP address ist correct and firewall exception ist set but in the log folder nothing shows up :huh:

So I made some cleanups and fixed a few issues with the new changes I did. Now I have it at a point that most things work (at least for me and some other people). Before I commit it to the main branch I want to see what is broken and what is not. The SD mode will not work as the change in the launcher of the application is also changed. The SD loader part for the server needs to be adapted first. I will do that later

It would be great if you guys could do some tests with it regarding game compatibility. Report any games that do behave different from the beta release now. We did tests where splatoon and the spider man game worked yesterday which both dont work on v4 or loadiine gx2 beta release. I did a few changes since yesterday though because disc mode was broken and a few other issues were found. I tested splatoon again and it still works and spider man might as well, i just couldnt test it as I dont have it myself. Please report only game issues you are certain that did work on the beta release and do not work on this build anymore.

Using the new Beta release on my 5.3.2 Mii-Maker mode.

It does now load Splatoon (yea!) but I can't re-start Mii-Maker after Home Button exiting.
Mii-Maker looks like it's re-starting, but it hangs the Wii-U.

Super Smash Bros U no longer loads.
Selecting it stays on the GX2 screen, never tries to run.
(I tested the same SD using 4.0 regular loadiine and it runs fine)

It hangs trying to re-enter Mii-Maker after playing:
