I want to install these on my 3DS so i can downgrade to 9.2. I followed this guide

But he says you need to be on 10.3 to use that method. So It's not working for me. How can i upgrade my 9.4 3DS to 10.3? If I do it through nintendo, I know it will go straight to 10.5. And I definitely don't want that. What should I do?

Google it please. There is also a search bar in the corner there. Anyways, it just works the same. Doesn't matter at all. Then just run menuhax manager.

I think my system bricked. Everything went fine at first. It installed all of the cia files. But when in finished, it got stuck on the reboot phase. It didn't reboot. And I'm just getting a black screen. :(

Did you try taking out the SD card before turning it on?

SylverReZ @ SylverReZ: Also nice. Never really watched Fallout on Prime, but sounds like a good show. +1
