Hacking AKAIO Custom File List Style?

Hello GBAtemp -

I have an Acekard 2i running the latest version of AKAIO (1.9.0). I'd like to make one small UI tweak to AKAIO, which is to have a custom file list style. Right now I'm running it with small icons and ROM filenames, but I'd like to make a custom setting which uses only the first two lines of the internal name and removes the comma separating them. Is this possible to do?
