Download the Dlls and put on same folder ou in system32.

This is only possible because GAME Spain decided to use Nintendo Zone to distribute the codes, so unless there is a store in NA that uses Nintendo Zone too NbaHomePass won't be of any help.

If you have access to svdt, search on the internet for the US Mew wondercard and import it into your game.

Wondercard worked. Thanks! So as far as legitimacy is concerned, the Mew I just got is 100% legit and from the "event"?

As long as you have a legit US wondercard got on a US console, yes.

It seems that the code is now blocked, an error is diplayed, could someone with a spanish system try to connect and open the app?

UK 3DS here, just tested and GAME Spain is blocked, telling me I am not in the correct region. Game Mania's Nintendo Zone is still working, however, so you may want to include that instead.

NbaHomePass.exe base256.txt false 0 0

The cmd turned white.
I had only one choice: 0. Ethernet
I typed 0 and pressed enter.

I arrived at the service selection, I typed 3 and pressed enter. (GAME Spain)

There was a resume of all the informations about my configuration. Just pressed enter again.
"Starting hosted network..." appeared. Don't touch anything. (Don't press any button)

Then on the 3DS, Nintendo Zone app. Launch it, and then you arrived on this beautiful Mew ad!

To stop NbaHomePass, I just unplugged my phone and it auto-closed.

I'm a total noob when it comes to tethering and networks. My computer doesn't have a wifi adapter, so I tried to use my phone via USB tethering like you did. My computer recognises it as an ethernet adapter, but when I try to start the hostednetwork, I get this error in cmd: "The hosted network couldn't be started. The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation." This is the same error I get when my phone isn't plugged in at all. Do you know what I'm doing wrong?

@Nba_Yoh: is only the mew event not working anymore, orwhole nbahomepass?
I ask because i tried to use it and have the following outcome:
Nzone app glowing
Internet signal full
No nzone, internet or eshop connection.

What i did:
Deleted all connections on N3ds
Disconnected ethernet
Connected to my network using my Wi-Fi card
Started nbahomepass

Any help is appreciated.

Only the event. And there is no way to make a hotspot without à WPA key on windows.

I can see the nzone symbol.
But i have no internet connection, neither through e shop nor nzone nor browser.
When I create a hostednetwork via cmd I can access internet via the hotspot.
What is the pass of the network that you create? also: Ive read on your nbahompass homepage, that a wired ethernet could also work with your tool, how would that be done? do you recommend win7 or 10? Thank you andkind regards,Sno0t

It usually takes a while for it to work here, but when I didn't get eShop connection was because my firewall was blocking it.

Thank you for your answer, however it works for eshop and browser when I connect via a self created 'hostednetwork'... I guess i have to give up on this xD

What do you want to do with NbaHomePass? The mew event cannot be got anymore.
Check that your virtual wifi has access to the internet.

I want to get streetpasses and such : ) when i create a hostednetwork via cmd I get
Internet access.
I dont know, but maybe it is normal to have no eshop and internet?
