Hacking Downgrading O3DS from 9.8.0 25e to 9.2.0 20e completed but wont load settings

Hi guys,

I've searched the forum and I know it's another downgrading question but I can't seem to find a similar post.

I've completed a down grade using these steps.

1. browser hack
2. hbl
3. sysupdater 4.2

everything installed fine, it rebooted after the install and I go to the settings to check out FW version and it locks up on the 3ds screen. I've tried booting into settings a number of times without any luck.
I can't successfully load rxtools from the hbl.

What can I do, any suggestions ???

your downgrade did not finish successfully if cant load browser also u will need game hack like ninja hax or zeldaOot.

Also try to start 3ds with out the sd card in see if help if not the above happend.

I can load browser no problems,
so simply try again ?

no sdcard it's only when it doesn't boot at all. entering system settings does not matter with sd card.

If you can enter the browser, run the home brew launcher + Rxtools.3dsx and inject FBI into the h&s app. Then boot into pasta (dev mode) will load sysnand with escalated privileges, then install the sys updater CIA to sysnand and run it again. This was there is no crashes or anything.
