Awesome stuff dude.

You literally have no idea how grateful I am for the help. Because of it I'm provided some hlep to another trying to do what I've just done.

I'll take a break and report back once I have menuhax back.

Again, thank you a ton.
You are welcome and check my last post. To install emunand via gateway you have just to place a file called launcher.dat into the root of your sd. then from the browser of your 3ds you will have to go to www.go.gateway-3ds.com. From there you have to back up your system nand (aka sysNand) and copy it into your computer. Then re-inject your sd back into the 3ds. Via the browser go to www.go.gateway-3ds.com and this time chose format emunand. This process will delete everything into your sd. Turn off - Turn On your 3ds, and go to settings>general setings. EXTRACT YOUR SD and then chose format (in this way you'll unlink your nands). After that turn off your device, re-insert the sd and turn on it again. You should consider (and I suggest you to do it) to set dns of tubehax in your sysnand and the parental control in order to avoid to upgrade it via internet accindetaly.

EDIT: nvm, this seems work only for o3ds. Follow the guide which I posted yesterday

Ok no problem.

At what point do I start reinjecting my Pokemon AS save data?
You have to extract the save from the cartbridge:
1) ofc insert your cartbridge into your 3ds
2) launch HomebrewLaucher
3) Chose svdt
4) Extract the save
5) using pkhex dump all your boxes on your pc
6) install emunand and everything else
7) install a cia version of pokemon AS, start a new game and save as you have always done
8) install cia version of savedatafiler, run it and extract the save from pokemon as (its unique id is 011c5)
9)turn off the 3ds, extract the sd and insert it into your pc. Then, using pkhex, reinject all your pokemon into your boxes. save and exit
10) reinsert the sd back to your 3ds, go into emunand, run savedatafiler and this time go to the section called "SD"in order to re-inject your save.

Ok, so little update.

I have ReiNand installed all good. Confirmed by the "Rei" infront of my current system version.

I have made multiple copies of my sysNAND on my PC. One on a USB stick, one in a folder on the PC, and I've uploaded one as well and saved the link.

I have made a copy of my emuNAND as well.

On sysNAND, I have made 3 fake internet connections so I can't possibly get any internet connection ever when I'm on it. I have changed the theme to black which will differ from emuNAND.

Seem to be doing fine so far.

Yep, but afak fakes internet connections can't be set on 9.2. You should consider to set the DNS of tubehax in every sysnand's connection in order to avoid any accidentaly update. Also, I really suggest you to unlink your nands as I've already written. Then you should want to set up the coldboot (3ds boots directly into emuNand) via ctrboot (if you have already followed the entire guide you should have it already installed. To test it you have to turn on your device holding the "select" buttom until a purple screen appear. This one would easy to set and pretty self explanatory.

In sysNAND I changed all 3 connections to incorrect SSID's with no security - essentially they are access points that do not exist, therefore cannot provide me internet access. On sysNAND it always now looks for Streetpasses instead of showing any internet connectivity.

I believe my NAND's have also been unlinked as I believe that was part of the guide I was following. I also already cold boot into CtrBoot or whatever it's called, which then gives me the option to select ReiNand,or RxTools, or HomeBrew Browser etc. I can only ever access sysNAND if I hold down X on boot (which I don't) so I can't get on it anyway unless I went out of my way to get to it on purpose.

You should have finished it seems. If your Nands are unlinked you can set a different layout for your emunand without modifying your actual on your sysnand. I try to explain that better: if they are linked, (for example) the folders on your emunand are in the exactly same position which they are on your sysnand and every time you change their position into the sysnand or emunand the same move will be done automatically on the other one. Instead, if they are unlinked, they are completely indipendent eachother.

Btw, have you already update your emunand to 10.5?

I'm almost certain that I have unlinked my NANDs. I used Tinyformat and had to go through the initial set up again. I also have in /Nintendo3DS two folders named with a bunch of numbers and letters. I also have the default theme on sysNAND and a blue one on emuNAND so I can tell the difference between them.

I have not yet updated my emuNAND. Can I do that like I normally would through system settings?

Just unlink your nands and do a coldboot if you haven't already. And your 3ds CAN connect to an open network even if all connections are filled.

How can it connect to my router if all 3 connections are nothing to do with my router? What would it connect to for Internet?

According to this, your nands are unlinked for sure. To update your emunand ofc you have to boot your 3ds on it and then open the settings. WITHOUT exit from there:
1) check if you are into emunand. Should write something like "Rei 9.2.0-20x" if you are using reinand.
2) Only if you are sure to be into the EMUNAND go to general settings>updates. Then you have only to wait.

As @Seita has said, your 3ds can connect to an open network even if all connections are filled so you should consider to set up REAL connections on sysnand but with the DNS of tubehax:

Primary DNS: 107.211.140.065 (TubeHax DNS)
Secondary DNS: 107.211.140.065 (TubeHax DNS)

Also, you should set up the parental control for everything that concern with internet or streetpass (I mean only on your sysnand ofc)

I am not talking about your router. An open network can be found anywhere else. If you go to a cafe, for instance, and you bring your 3ds with you for whatever reason, then it will connect to any nearby open network. This is where coldboot comes in handy.

Got ya. My 3DS never really leaves the house and we dont have Internet cafe's per se here. I will change the DNS on them though just as a precaution. Cheers bud.
