ROM Hack [POC] 3DS Manga Injection - Nisekoi Chapter 185 in Volume 1

Would it be possible to inject comics? If so, could you provide a guide on how to do it. Because I've been looking for a good comic reader on my 3ds for quite some time now, and this sounds like just what I need.

Yep, you can inject comics, photos, whatever you want...
For now, you can only inject one comic in the app. How do this?
Download this manga reader (search on that iso site nisekoi volume 1 for example), because this reader is france and japan exclusivity. Download Braindump and use it in order to extract the content of the manga reader. Then, extract the cxi file, and in it, you will see a folder called "9782820310460". Is there the manga is stored. You can change the images in the "images" folder, but you have to respect the size, the name, and the number of images injected (if you want to use a different resolution, number, etc, you have to change the data in the .opf files, etc...).
Once you have injected the new images, you can rebuild the romfs, and launch it with Hans...
So yeah, it's a little complicate to inject manga... If you really want to read manga on your 3DS, use instead MangaReader, https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-manga-reader.399276/ (but it doesn't support zoom out feature at this time).

It's possible to repack it as cia. The format of the images is .jpg with a resolution of 800*1200. Have fun !

Guide once we have successfully edited ctpk files (.tga) and found a way to inject several volumes in 1 cia.

That just links me to an image. What files did you decrypt and edit? (BTW, I did read the thread and know that I have to use QuickBSM to decrypt *.arc files. Did that, but it gave me a bunch of *.dat files. Which one was it?)

Me and Cellenseres managed to edit CTPK and rebuild their formats from CTPK and ARCV files.

What does this mean?

A perfect injection!

All can be edited and translated!

Honestly, it's not a problem.
It's easy and very comfortable.
Even on my Galaxy Note 2, I read my Nisekoi scans without even the need to zoom.

Of course I will say how to translate the UI.
But you will need your own font, since it's png, not a "brut text"

Multiple Volume injection is the only thing on the TODO list
