I only post when I need badges/when badges switch out that I need, and since 4 days have passed, I wasn't sure if the address changed. So in short, no.
i think tomorrow there will be new batch of badges , so it's possible for the address to change.

It's interesting to note that maybe there isn't a correlation between a switch out of badges and memory address changes. Because Friday through today, only two sets switched out.

Has anybody been banned that only used the ram editions function? As in never used any code just on the fly changes?

I haven't been banned yet, my pattern is to buy five plays then use Gateway to find the memory location and edit it so I can clear all the catchers. Is this what you meant?

Basically but instead of buying 5 plays I get at least 3 free plays and edit from there thanks

Whenever I get free plays it always turns out I've firgotten to turn on gateway cheating before I go into the game and you can't save them :-( Whenever I remember to turn it on before I start, I never get free plays!!!

This I think is what's important. If you're still paying in to their system they're not going to ban you. Sure you're cheating, but they're still getting money. And it's not like these badges cost them anything to hand out - they've already sunk costs into having them developed.

Now, if you're just taking free plays and cheating, and you're not paying any money towards the badge arcade...then expect a ban. You're not worth anything to Nintendo.

How much are you spending a day???
I think I spent about £4.50 from mid December until I got banned in somewhere "I think" in January???

On the account I cheated on I didn't pay anything and I was banned.

I haven't cheated on the account where I've spent money, so I can't give you an indication of what's good.

Though I think spending a nominal amount before you cheat (like Quantumcat does) is likely to save you from a ban.

I like to think of it as a guy sat there with a spreadsheet of data deciding on what criteria to flag accounts for a ban. Would he ever consider banning someone that was actively spending money in the badge arcade? I doubt it. He doesn't want to be responsible for hurting the companies bottom line by banning waves of people that were paying to play. Imagine the shit he'd get in for losing £10k because he banned a bunch of accounts that were spending 90p a week and netting over 100 badges. That's still £10k revenue for literally nothing.

Of course the criteria could change on a whim and at any time, but I highly doubt they will ever turn away players that pay.

I also paid for plays and was banned so I don't think that is a factor.

every time or nah?

I don't think we can compare users that paid at some point before they started cheating with users that pay every time before they cheat.

If you go on once a week, spend 90p for 5 plays and up those plays to 99 are they going to ban you for that? Well, maybe. But you stand more of a chance that the guy that used to pay to play and now all he does is steal badges for nothing.
