have you tried the GX2 version ? try clearing your cache , closing all other open tabs , and navigating direct to www.wiiubru.com/532.html from your favs on your browser ... or the similar directory of your offline server. alternatively try the direct links for the version you require . Example www.wiiubru.com/532/lgx or again your direct offline server url.
I think, as far as current browser homebrew goes, C@VE beta 3 is as developed as it's going to be. I can't fit anymore inside the 20KB payload limit and O2 optimization makes it crash the system. So if you want to post it to your site that could be cool ;P Once the elf loader or iosu is released and fixes the size limit, I'll release it again with more levels and features

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
