If you like Japanese-only Rhythm Heaven games check out the translation of Rhythm Heaven GBA.

I worked on it along with SirNiko, Greiga Master, and RockmanEXE (as I recall).

I was going to wait for this E3 to see if Nintendo will translate the game. After E3 is over if there's no news, it's definitely not happening. I don't know Japanese and my hacking skills are quite limited, so who knows how far I would get, anyway.

Mind sharing your command for getting romfs, just doing ctrtool --romfs=romfs.bin RTTBPDUMP.3ds and i get a md5 different from op, i even tried use -p, ive noticed ctrool romfs is a lot smaller then romfs builder but they both give me the wrong md5, using a dump of my own cart.
EDIT:
I give up, asia's packhack doesnt make a correct romfs no matter what i do, tried make a RF and non RF cia for the romfs, code.bin compressed or uncompressed.

How about using the Rhythm Heaven Silver translation for "Rhythm Epilation", "Vegeta-pull"? It's shorter and it sounds better.

All titles/descriptions in the story line are done. Mini-games from the store haven't been touched yet. More refinements to some strings here and there.

Sorry for the update delay, I went back to write another tool to convert the texture images to PNGs since there's some text here and there in textures that needed addressing (such as the Challenge Train victory/loss text). I just got the "Clear!" text swapped out in the Challenge Train and will be replacing the "Failure" text now that I know my tool works.

It's partially translated but it got to a point where Google Translate and Babelfish couldn't figure out even a glimmer of what it meant.

I have a friend that would be very interested in this translation. Unfortunately, he doesn't have a 9.2 3DS, however, I have two of them. Perhaps I'll wait for this to progress a bit more and he can give it a try.

It wouldn't hurt anyway since I'm waiting for what I heard was a potential Rittai Picross 3D 2 fan translation being in the works. I haven't found anything on the subject though. I was going to do my own, but if someone else may be doing it, I'll probably wait and see.

Oh my gosh, thank you sooo much for this!
While I wanted to play that game for a long time now, on a side note,
I also just learned how to decrypt, patch and rebuild roms and it worked first try!

For anyone interested, I mainly used this tutorial.
Just used the "CIA Decryptor (Deep)" in Step 1 and the "cia" command in Step 2,
as I had a region-free cia as a base. Applied the patch to the romfs file and then followed
the "Rebuilding for CFW" and the optional part afterwards.
