Homebrew How do I get banned?

Hello. I want to know all the possible ways how I can be banned. The one I want to know the most is if CIA files will get me banned if I play online with them on EmuNAND.

cia files wont get you banned, as ive been using a smash bros cia online for weeks and i didnt get banned

1. Cheat online.
2. Cheat in the badge arcade.
3. (I don't think anyone really knows for sure, regarding this one) Play online with out of region CIAs.
4. Play online with public headers when using Gateway/Sky3ds .3ds files.

There really aren't that many ways.

that other iso site have Hyrule Warriors Legends with patched banner too

you can get ban from the eshop for using codes you buy from some one online to download games. (that happened to me).

Only if you're stupid. I use the cheat engine every day in Badge Arcade. Have over 1,200 badges. Not banned.

i got about 1800 before i got banned

at least it is only limited to the badge center

And what were you doing when you got banned? Did you use the unlock code thing? Have you ever actually paid to play?

I've paid a $1 twice. I never activate a cheat. I simply search for the address each time in practice, then manually edit the value until I get 30~50 practice badges, then go to free play and search again so I can manually edit the value. I never activate a cheat so the number of plays left don't get locked in.

i did use the unlock code two or three times (normally i just went to practice etc) - maybe it is the unlock code that flags us... hmm
the unlock code was used in the middle/near the end of my badge hacking, after it i did maybe 5 days of normal practice way hacking etc, and then 10.5 came out and i was banned

I've payed twice as well, are you using NTR to get free plays? If so, think you can help me set it up?
